Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories to ensure a full refund, then securely tape the box for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
