Will these locks fit my existing door?
Our SmartLocks are designed to fit most standard residential doors with a thickness of 1 3/8 to 2 inches. We include an adjustable deadbolt and all necessary mounting hardware in every box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do I need a professional locksmith for installation?
No, our products are designed for DIY installation. Most customers can install their new SmartLock in under 20 minutes using only a screwdriver and the guided instructions in our mobile app.
